Born and raised on the crystal-clear waters of Gull Lake, Tim knows the Brainerd Area like the
back of his hand. From reeling in walleye on our local lakes with his wife Abby and their three
boys to carving fresh tracks on Mt. Ski Gull, Tim has always embraced the adventurous spirit of
his hometown. This passion for Brainerd blossomed into a thriving career helping others find
their own slice of paradise, leading him to become a full-time real estate agent in 2012 and Real Estate Broker in 2019. In 2020, Tim fulfilled a longstanding dream by joining the ownership
group at Positive Realty, following in his father's footsteps.
